Getting Around the Orange County Convention Center With an Hourly Driver

The Orange County Convention Center has two buildings, West and North/South, on International Drive and Universal Boulevard, about 14 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO). For teams, a driver booked by the hour is the simplest way to get around: one vehicle for your group, a driver on standby near the center, and rides on your schedule to the airport, hotels, dinners and client meetings.

How far is it?

Why teams book an hourly driver

• One vehicle for the team. The 14-passenger van seats up to 14, and charter buses carry up to 50.
• A driver on standby. Your driver stays nearby for the hours you book, ready when you are.
• Several stops, one booking. Hotel, convention center, client dinner and back.
• Airport pickups for the whole team. We track flights and are ready when you land, at MCO, Sanford and private aviation terminals.
• A Premium SUV for smaller teams. Seats up to 6 with luggage, with phone charging and bottled water.
• Background-checked drivers. Every driver passes criminal and driving-record checks.

Other ways to get around, and their limits

• Rideshare: the center has set rideshare pickup points, and a team may need several cars.
• I-Ride Trolley: stops in front of both buildings on International Drive, on fixed routes.
• Hotel shuttles: where hotels run them, they follow the hotel's schedule.

What to tell us when you book
