What the law and safety experts say

Florida's child restraint law requires a car seat or booster for children 5 and under in private vehicles: a separate carrier or integrated seat through age 3, and a carrier, integrated seat or booster at ages 4 and 5. Hired vehicles such as car services, taxis and limousines are exempt. We install seats on request anyway, because the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration recommends a seat that fits your child's age and size every time they ride.

How do I request car seats?

Tell us each child's age when you book online or by phone at 407-349-8095.

Does my 5-year-old need a booster?

In private vehicles, Florida law calls for a separate carrier, an integrated child seat or a booster seat at ages 4 and 5. Hired vehicles are exempt, but a seat that fits your child is still the safest choice, so tell us your child's age and weight when you book.

Do all vehicles take car seats?

Car seats are available on request in our Premium SUV and 14-passenger van.

Can grandparents and kids ride together?

Yes. The Premium SUV seats up to 6, and the 14-passenger van fits larger families.
