Big Family or Group: One Van, Two SUVs or a Bus?

Count people first, then bags. Up to 6 passengers with luggage fit in Gray Black's Premium SUV. From 7 to 14 passengers, or a smaller party with lots of bags, the 14-passenger van keeps everyone together, and it can tow a trailer for extra luggage, strollers or wheelchairs. For bigger groups, a charter bus carries up to 50 passengers with luggage.

Which vehicle fits your group?

One van or two SUVs?

For a party of 7 to 12, two Premium SUVs or one van can both work. One van keeps things simple:

• Everyone rides together. One vehicle, one driver, and you all arrive at the same time.
• Room to grow. The van seats up to 14, and a trailer can carry strollers, wheelchairs and extra bags.
• One pickup to plan. At MCO, vans load at the airport's designated outdoor charter and shuttle zone, and your driver handles the luggage.

Two SUVs can make sense when your party is heading to different places or leaving at different times. Prices depend on the vehicle, route and trip type, so ask us to quote both if you're unsure.

Count the bags too

Luggage can change the answer. Count checked bags, carry-ons, strollers, any car seats you're bringing, and wheelchairs or mobility equipment. If you're a smaller party with lots of bags, the van is the safer choice. Tell us exactly what you're bringing, and we'll match the vehicle.

Car seats for big families

Car seats and boosters are available on request. Tell us each child's age when you book, and we'll have the seats installed before pickup. Our car seat guide covers Florida law and what to tell us.

Groups of 15 or more

Charter buses carry up to 50 passengers with luggage for teams, tours, weddings and corporate groups, with airport, cruise port and event transfers. Send your dates, group size and itinerary, and we'll reply with a quote.
